600 Church Street is an impressive corner location in Cremorne, one of Australia’s most sought-after office precincts. One developer who saw the potential of the site was Bayley Stuart Capital who approached Cassette to construct the brand behind what would become an eight-level commercial office building of cutting-edge design.

Strategy:

With time well and truly of the essence, we got to work creating a cohesive and impactful brand identity for the emerging work precinct based on the positioning of an ‘unrivalled opportunity’. This involved creating the key messaging, brand execution and hero video within a matter of weeks.

Key to our approach is always collaboration, which is why we met with the Bayley Stuart Capital team multiple times a week to ensure we were always working towards the same goal.

Success:

It was a privilege working so closely on the branding of an extraordinary new destination. Already the project video is garnering incredibly positive feedback in the market. And with no tenant pre-commitment prior to being engaged on branding, we’re proud to report that the address is now fully leased to the likes of Domain and Hoyts HQ. More excitingly, we walked about with the award for Best Marketing Campaign over $10k in the REIV Awards.
