In 2017, Boutique Homes engaged Cassette as their lead creative agency. Our first brief was to creatively bring to life a fresh new brand platform. So how do you differentiate Boutique’s unique approach from that of Victoria’s countless other home builder brands?

The answer was a new brand underpinned by a meaningful strategic framework. One that dived below the surface of the brand’s target market to find out exactly what made them tick, and more specifically, what made them feel that they were putting their dream home in the right hands.

The brand’s new positioning was born from the feeling of unequivocal confidence you feel when you discover your perfect match, whether it’s a person, a job or even a home – “You know when you’ve found The One”.

This new brand platform was brought to life by real Boutique customers, who shared their stories of finding ‘The One’ Boutique home for them.
