Celebrated Australia-wide for its innovative master-planned community capabilities, Villawood Properties maintains a reputation as one of the country’s most trusted residential land developers. With a string of successful projects already taking shape in Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and New South Wales, our job was to build the brand behind their newest Sunbury development.

Strategy:

Just 40-minutes’ drive from Melbourne’s CBD, Sherwood Grange represents an idyllic lifestyle for those who wanted the freedom of thriving natural surrounds and the convenience of urban amenity. Compromised of 300 bespoke residences, the true appeal of the community lies in its luxury offering.

Cassette was tasked with positioning Sherwood Grange as a premier estate that ‘exceeds expectations’ – a promise that became its central brand story during the pivotal strategy stage. From that positioning, the name and branding were born, allowing us to bring the Sherwood Grange story to life across marketing collateral and launch content.

The strength of the branding then presented the opportunity for a series of ongoing sales campaigns that promoted the possibilities of life at Sherwood Grange. Each mini campaign embodied a unique aspect of community living, packaging it up as bite-sized glimpses into a life that exceeds expectations.

Success:

Despite launching in the middle of 2020, the cohesion between the brand and its strategic campaigns saw impressive sales momentum continue throughout the year. Construction has since begun, and the Sherwood Grange dream is ready to become a reality for its future residents.
