Dawn presented an opportunity-laden debut into Queensland for ID_Land, who acquired the project from a previous developer. The challenge lay in introducing ID_Land to the Queensland market, instilling trust in existing purchasers, and solidifying ID_Land’s presence in the state.

Strategy:

Our all-encompassing approach covered everything from branding, events, and photography to the rollout of a fresh identity, all to create an enduring connection with the locals.

A key part of this approach was a free Display Village launch that invited all community members. The event was hosted in partnership with LEGO, adding a playful attraction for the young families to keep little ones entertained all day long.

Success:

Dawn stands tall as one of ID_Land’s most stable projects to date. ID_Land’s takeover of ownership didn’t slow the pace of sales, instead propelling the project forward towards milestone achievements.

The Display Village launch and rollout of a fresh brand identity was a triumph, cementing Dawn’s popular status in the the community.

Dawn’s success not only bolstered ID_Land’s reputation, but also paved the way for future projects in Australia’s Sunshine State.
