Joining Cassette over ten years ago, Jess has overseen the establishment of the full-service agency Cassette is today and continues to work closely with the team and clients on brand and marketing strategy. Jess brought a decade of client-side property and consumer marketing experience holding roles at Mercedes-Benz, L'Oreal, Mirvac and The GPT Group prior to Cassette.
After taking up the Creative Director position at Cassette more than 10 years ago, Mick has overseen the crafting and defining of countless creative projects. His design fluency comes from a lengthy industry tenure across a number of consumer and property brands. With no shortage of experience, Mick has forged strong identities and campaigns for the likes of the Melbourne Cricket Club (MCC), Nike, Mirvac and Melbourne Airport.
Following nine years at a top independent Melbourne PR agency, Jess joined Cassette in 2014 to spearhead Cassette’s PR department. Armed with experience spanning the full communications spectrum and a suite of top consumer, retail and property brands, Jess oversees our extensive national PR team. The team is dedicated to devising innovative ideas, providing strategic communications guidance and high levels of client service.
After tenures at the likes of Carat, McCann, Initiative and Match & Wood – both locally and internationally, Sam puts his keenly strategic mind to unlocking the true potential of brands and businesses at Cassette. With more than 12 years’ experience in communications, marketing and strategy, his superpower is identifying – and paving the way to – opportunities.
New to Cassette but not to maximising business performance, Laura brings a strong background in strategy, research, executive coaching and organisational design. With more than 20 years’ experience in consulting and strategy leadership roles, Laura has led some of the most dynamic accounts in Australia across the retail, entertainment, beauty, auto, FMCG, Government, superannuation and education sectors.
Holding both a Bachelor of Accounting and a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting, Elise brings a wealth of experience and financial expertise to her role as Cassette’s Chief Financial Office. She is responsible for the overall financial management and governance of Cassette and its subsidiary businesses.
Leading Sydney operations, Sarah brings 15 years’ experience within PR, advertising and communications’ agencies spanning London, New York and Sydney. With a background in agency leadership and integrated campaign planning, Sarah has partnered with global retail, destination and FMCG brands including Scentre Group, Netflix, W Hotels of New York, eBay and illy café.
Richard is a hands-on production specialist with over 25 years’ experience in creative agencies in London, Amsterdam and Melbourne. He joined Cassette to manage the creative services and digital departments, bringing with him a wealth of experience producing integrated communications across multiple design disciplines for the likes of VicRoads, LendLease, Public Transport Victoria, Diageo and Nike.
Bringing over 20 years’ experience spanning global brands such as Cadbury Schwepps, Disney and Sony, Kelly has forged a successful career in finance both here and in the UK. Moving into agency land 8 years ago, she now specialises in strategic finance and business partnering.
