Opportunity:

Dunhelen is a master-planned community in the picturesque pocket of Greenvale, brought to life by residential developer Jinding. Nestled in the ‘Toorak of the North’, this already established community sits in one of the final land parcels available in the coveted 3059 postcode.

The project naturally had to feel premium. Greenvale’s abundant greenery and the remarkable heritage building on site further solidified the rarified expression of this opportunity. Its rarity and premium appeal had to be front and centre in its project branding.

Approach:

We used the heritage building on site as the namesake for the project and inspiration behind the brand mark. Our design heavily emphasised the natural, picturesque surroundings that seamlessly integrate with the Dunhelen community, something Jinding prioritises in all their projects.

To capture this essence, we developed a premium yet approachable feel through editorial-style photography and videography, positioning Dunhelen as an invitation for life in an established corridor of convenience and natural charm. Underpinning this was an equally grand positioning: Your history in the making. The ultimate invitation to a coveted and well established neighbourhood.

Success:

Behind every element was a strong strategy, which informed the development of a distinct project brand, complete with heritage-inspired name and brand mark, rolled out across various marketing collateral.

In only the first week, over 100 enquiries were received. This standout interest demonstrates the power that elevated branding can have in spotlighting the exceptional lifestyle offered by a new masterplan community.
