Our mission? Redesign and rebuild the Starbucks Australia website to achieve the following:
– Make navigating a breeze with seamless UX, especially on mobile
– Improve the content management experience for site editors
– Introduce a searchable store finder that integrates with Google Business listings
– Include nutritional information for every product, alongside a simple nutritional calculator
Improvements to the ‘find a store’ experience and product information search resulted in less enquiries to the Starbucks call centre. The bounce rate on the home page reduced to 10% – an exceptional result given a 40% bounce rate is ‘good’ according to industry standards. And, the time required to deploy content updates halved. That makes for a happy Starbucks team, and even happier Starbucks sippers.
