We began by forging the narrative – one centred on the idea that this would be a workplace people would be excited to arrive at. It would be the antithesis of modern offices, a commercial icon that transformed the work day.
Simply put, it was a workplace that saw people ‘Live for Monday’. From the tagline, bold headlines and refreshing messaging crafted the impression of ‘rebellion’. An essence that was accentuated by a striking orange and black palette, and blackletter-style font – an extraordinary juxtaposition to the contemporary commercial concept.
Conceptualised by the brilliant Livv Developments, Yale Place launched to market in 2023 with resounding impact, laying the foundations for an extraordinary workplace.
